Connection Compass exists for this moment – when answers aren’t what’s needed, but clarity and alignment are.

What is Connection Compass?

Connection Compass is a way of finding your bearings again – within yourself, in relationship with others, and in the wider context of your life.

The framework restores connection across four essential domains:

  • Self - noticing your thoughts, feelings, and values, and learning to trust your own judgement
  • Nature - reconnecting with rhythms bigger than the moment, bringing perspective and steadiness
  • Community - strengthening relationships and remembering you're not navigating alone
  • Spirit - reconnecting with meaning, values, and the bigger picture

When one or more of these domains is undernourished, people often feel reactive, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

When they are gently restored, clarity and steadiness return – not through effort but alignment.

The Compass is simple by design – not because life is simple, but because clarity requires less, not more.

How to Experience Connection Compass?

Connection Compass is experienced through:

  • reflective self-coaching questions
  • simple reconnection rituals and practices
  • structured programs that support integration
  • and, for those who choose it, personalised 1:1 support

These are simple invitations to notice what’s happening, reconnect with what steadies you, reflect on what matters, and respond in ways that feel aligned. This is achieved through micro-moments, not major overhauls.

The aim is not insight for its own sake, but lived clarity and steadiness.

  • see which domain is most undernourished right now
  • understand what kind of support would be stabilising
  • begin from clarity, rather than urgency
  • identify small, meaningful adjustments that feel right for you

There’s no scoring, no diagnosis, and no fixing – just a clearer sense of where you are, and where to begin. The quiz can be completed without sharing any personal details.

Who Created Connection Compass?

Connection Compass was created by Cherie Pasion and grew from years of observing how people lose – and regain – clarity in the midst of everyday pressures and life transitions.

Cherie created Connection Compass from a simple insight: most people aren’t broken or lost – they’re overwhelmed by the noise, responsibility, and constant demands of modern life. 

Drawing on her background in social science, behaviour change, sustainability, and nature-based practice, Cherie created Connection Compass as a calm, practical, and human-centred framework. It supports people to reconnect with themselves, with nature, with others, and with what matters – without pressure, fixing, or ideology.
